loss 700gms. not much really, but least its a loss.

Just got to keep exercising now.

  2. True Erica...so slow this thing!! Never mind....went out for dinner tonight and had chicken and prawn creamy garlic pasta...(oh dear, old habbits die hard!!) So Im not weighing tonight or the next few days!!!!eek ...lol
